Term of Service
Welcome to Luxury Ride Atlanta. We’re glad to serve you. Please read these Terms of Service carefully. They explain how bookings, payments, cancellations, and service policies work. By using our services, you agree to the terms below.
Guarantee Notice: Any service guarantee applies only to the original reservation. The guarantee is void if pickup details are incorrect, the reservation is changed, or the selected vehicle does not match actual requirements.
General Terms
1. Bookings and Availability
- Luxury Ride Atlanta operates 24/7.
- Advance booking is strongly recommended to secure your preferred vehicle and schedule.
2. Payment Policy
- A 50% deposit is required to confirm all reservations.
- Full payment must be completed at least one week before the scheduled service date.
- Accepted payment methods include credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX) and fee-free options such as Zelle, Venmo, and CashApp.
- Credit card payments may include processing fees.
3. Hourly Service and Overtime Charges
- A minimum of 4 hours is required for sedans, SUVs, limousines, and Sprinter vans.
- Some peak dates and specialty vehicles may require longer minimum bookings.
- Billing is calculated in full-hour increments. Partial hours are rounded up.
- A late-night surcharge of $25 to $50 applies for services between 12:01 a.m. and 5:59 a.m.
4. Holiday and Long-Distance Fees
- Trips exceeding a 45-mile radius from our base may include additional mileage and travel time charges.
- Holiday bookings may be subject to special pricing.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
1. Airport Transfers
- Local airport transfers require at least 4 hours’ notice to avoid charges.
- Domestic and international airport transfers require at least 24 hours’ notice.
2. Hourly Rentals and Events
- Cancellations within 30 business days of the service date will forfeit the deposit.
- Cancellations within 15 business days will be charged the full service amount.
- Proms, concerts, stadium events, museums, and tournament-related bookings are non-refundable.
3. Reservation Changes
- All cancellations or changes must be confirmed in writing by Luxury Ride Atlanta.
- Drivers are not authorized to accept changes or cancellations.
Cleaning and Damage Fees
- Eating and smoking are not permitted inside vehicles.
- Smoking results in a $600 cleaning fee.
- A $500 cleaning fee applies if the vehicle requires cleaning due to sickness.
- Clients are responsible for any damage caused during the rental period.
Waiting Time and Extra Stops
1. Airport Pickup Waiting Time
- 15 minutes of complimentary wait time for residential, office, and hotel pickups.
- 30 minutes for domestic flight arrivals.
- 60 minutes for international flight arrivals.
2. Additional Stops
- Each additional stop is charged at $25 within a reasonable distance.
SMS Terms of Service
By opting into SMS communication from Luxury Ride Atlanta, you agree to receive text messages related to scheduling, reminders, service updates, and billing notifications. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.

Safety and Conduct
- Illegal substances are strictly prohibited inside vehicles.
- Standing through sunroofs or engaging in unsafe behavior is not allowed.
- Any misconduct may result in immediate termination of service without refund.
Liability
- Luxury Ride Atlanta is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
- If a vehicle issue occurs, a comparable replacement will be provided when available.
- We are not responsible for personal items left in vehicles, though reasonable efforts will be made to return found items.
Final Agreement
By using Luxury Ride Atlanta services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Any concerns or complaints must be submitted in writing within 12 hours of trip completion.
